CHECK-IN: Check-in is between 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Please call for SPECIAL CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS after 9:00 pm. You MUST present a photo ID when you check in.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 11:00 am.

CANCELLATIONS: With advanced notice, you can cancel your reservation 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date and receive a full refund of your deposit. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm – 8:00 am.

NO smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drug use in the building.

NO unpaid guests are allowed overnight.

NO illegal behavior of any kind while on the premises.

Service animals are allowed with proper documentation.
